Maintenance


I know, my previous posts make it all look so easy. Well it isn't always so. you can see from my weight chart (click on it to enlarge) that I have been creeping up there lately. OK, in June I was down to 181, did a bunch of travel so I was out of my routine and gained a few pounds back. That was actually OK with me because I did "feel" scrawny at 181. But lately I have been trending just on the south side of 195#, which is a bit above where I think I should be. So, back to the routine again. I started my food logs again, and for the last four days have eaten 2579, 3382, 2578, and 2794 calories. That would be OK if I was working out but I haven't been. So this is a good opportunity for me to get back on track. Stay tuned.
